SUMMAY OF THE MIDNIGHT ROLLERS- Chapter 1

My life changed exactly a year ago. It's was just before July 4th ''Independence day'' here in American. My parents are wealthy, I live in a very big house in an area called  Pacific Heights in San Francisco, I have two older brothers, they want to be lawyers like my dad. But, I want to be a photographer. I'm at college- Studying photography of course.
My parents gave me everything. Well, not exactly everything. There was one thing they didn't give me: my independence. I'm a teenage, and all teenagers think they have somesort of talent. Some are very talented, of course. But I'm not- or I wasn't. I had the talent that money can buy. This is what happened... I was going to college on Friday, the last day of term. There was a young man outsaide the college entrance.'' Hi Tom!'' I said.Tom was often standing outside the colleg. He asked people for money. Sometimes I gave him a couple of dollar, but mostly I didn't.
Tom he looked tired, but he smiled a little and said '' Hi Nina!'' I as walked past.
As I walked up the stairs I thought about Tom. I'll tell you more about Tom leter because he is an important character in my story.
Five of my classmates were in the room when I arrived. I felt something was different as soon as I walked through the door. My friends all looked at me, but no-one spoke. As I sat down next to Felix I heard  a voice from the front  of the room. '' I'm mr Crick'' said the man behind the desk. He closed his book, put it on the desk, put it on the desk and stood up. ''Today and for next term I'm your new teacher''.
I wondered where our usual teacher, Mr Sims, was.
Where's Mr Sims?' asked Felix.
'He's gone away', said Mr Crick continued.
Crick started to walk around the room. The walls of the room were covered with our photos  were great. Crick looked at all the photos one by one. He looked  at some very carefully. When he had looked at them all he opened the window. 'It's hot here' Crick said. A cool breeze came in through the window.
Crick walked to one of the photos, took it off  the wall and put it on his desk. Then Crick walked round the room again. I remember everything really clearly. We whatched in amazement as Crick took as all the photos of the wall... and then threw them out of the open window.
'Now go to lunch' Crick said. 'Come back in an hour.' He didn't look up as we left the classroom.
